About the university:
EMU started her educational life.
The Institute of High Technology has started a three-year educational program with a total of 105 students in the Departments of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. The aim was to train intermediate staff with professional qualifications between engineers and technicians and to award a “Technician – Engineer” diploma to successful students.
